Tonight we went to Lance and Marcee's to have a SUPER FUN BBQ! Lance is Benson's best friend from High School and I can honestly say I have never seen two more loyal friends (in fact I sometimes tease Benson because he has a hard time making new friends because he "likes the friends he has"...no offense to any "new" friends that he has made..he just isn't super social..SHOCKER!). They had a group in High School and they were affectionately called "the
Dirtbags" the name has stuck and so have the friendships. We love getting together with these guys but usually it is just couples...today we brought the kids along and had a good
ol' fashioned BBQ. Lance and
Marcee have such a fun house & backyard that the kids were entertained for hours and they all played so well together. Although, we did get a little nervous when Brig suggested the kids play spin the bottle..but our fears were relieved when it was just a relay race he had in mind! Lots of fun! Lots of laughs! Lots of food!

I love trampolines that are in the ground...wish I had one!
Nathan loved playing in this car all night! Luckily, it was kind of tucked away in the side yard and nobody seemed to notice because I don't think he was willing to share :)
Ben and Andy raced these wiggle cars around the backyard hundreds of times. These things are super fun...another thing I want!

I'm so bummed that we missed it. We almost came at the last minute. We'll just have to do another one sometime soon! I know! We'll do it at our house this summer when you're all dying in the heat! (:

What a fun time it looks like you guys had. I have been on one of those wiggle/swivel cars things. They are so fun and alot of work(Which really means I am way out of shape). Is Benson form Mesa? Where did he go to school?
Looks like a fun BBQ! My cousins have those wiggle cars, they are so fun. I want to get some, too. You are the best blog updater...I need to work on that.
Looks like you guys had so much fun! What a GREAT yard!!!! Are we still on for the BBQ at Britany's on Monday??? I totally forgot about it!
