Since we were practically in Scottsdale...we decided we HAD to stop by Sprinkles. Since I heard it had opened...I have been OBSESSED with going. Let me just say...it did not disappoint (you know I ate Red Velvet...sooo good)! The store wasn't very kid friendly so we ended up going outside to eat our cupcakes on the sidewalk. The kids were of course being angels since they were stuffing their faces with sugar...and as we were sitting there these 2 ladies walked by and said "oh, look a little field trip...what camp are you with? I seriously bust out laughing in her face "uhh...these are all our kids..no camp!" Seriously, only in Scottsdale!
You are looking at $18 worth of cupcakes....and worth every penny!
On our way home Sammy said "Mom, that was so fun! Let's do it again tomorrow!"

You just made my day by letting me know that Sprinkles has opened! I've been waiting to try one of the Red Velvet Cupcakes since I saw it featured on the Food Network. I'm putting it on my schedule for next week!
MAN! I missed out on the cupcakes!! Thats too bad their not kid friendly... once again... "only in Scottsdale!" oh well. Blake had a ton of fun today and talked about Nathan the whole way home!! SO CUTE!

Yummy! I've only heard about them from "The Girls Next Door". I didn't even know they had a store here. I'll definitely have to make a trip out there when I have a little extra money to splurge!
I always love reading the fun things that you do with your kids!! I am glad to hear a raving review of the newly opened "Sprinkles"!! I forgot that we had one now!! I will have to plan a trip!!

It was a fun day. BUt I have to say, the cupcakes were GOOD...not great. Sorry, I know that ruined your night. I liked them, just didnt think they were worth $3 (or more I guess) each
Those cupcakes look yummy! Good thing they don't have a Sprinkles nearby because that is one expensive cupcake. A good splurge though.

I have to disagree with Meredith - they were great! My mouth has been watering to go back to Sprinkles!!
They look so yummy!!! Every time I am out in public with a friend or two we get questioned about our "field trip.'
Yah, SOOO FUN! I cannot waite until Payten can walk and enjoy that, cause I love being in the water and getting a tan. And the Tempe Beach Park is tons of fun. And yummy cup cakes!! FUN FUN!

Sprinkles!!! The next time I come down to the valley I will make it a stop on my trip. I have always wanted to try their cupcakes. It looks like you have a fun time at Tempe Town Park. We usually make it there once or twice a summer.
