Yesterday, we went to
Makutu's Island with some of my friends (Deanna, Emily, and Colette) and their kids! It was nearly impossible to get the kids to stand still for more than 2 seconds so taking pictures was difficult but we had a great time! Right when we pulled up there was a line out the door and several school buses out front...not a good sign so the place was PACKED!!
Every time I would get a glimpse of Ben he was yelling "yeah" or "that was awesome"! I have to say it was SUPER hard with Nate there (although he completely loved it) he was too big for the baby stuff and too small for the big kid stuff so of course I ended up having to crawl in the tunnels and go down the slides ( It was a good workout and I was totally drenched in sweat...who needs the gym?)! Next time we are bringing Benson with us!
Look how happy Nate is!! Sammy and Ben aren't as happy because they want to be playing and not picture taking!
I think all the kids (besides Cash) are in the picture although Nate is turned around!
Ben and Sammy loved playing with Parker...after this picture was taken Deanna and I look over and Parker still has his arm around Sammy and is chatting away with her...totally making a move on her :)

Cute, cute pictures! Maybe Nate doesn't like the heat and since it was inside, he was happy as opposed to the splash park??? :)
Hopefully, you dont find out tomorrow that there was an outbreak of some horrible disease found there. J/K. It looks fun, I still want to go there sometime.
That was fun. I think by the time we left I was more tired than my kids were! Next time we will definately bring husbands to chase the kids so we can just visit. Oh and I noticed that the picture of us taken by sammy didn't make the blog, it must have been that bad :)
How fun! I've never heard of that place. I guess I am getting too old (or at least my kids are).

I hear that place is awesome, can't wait for my kids to be old enough to go and really enjoy it.
I forgot about that place... it is so fun!!! I am proud of you for crawling around in the tunnels, I did it seven months prego and agree that it is a sweaty workout!
What a "fun" little excursion we had. Kids playing peacefully while moms got to sit back and chat...NOT!!! It was nice to see you guys even though there was no sitting and chatting.
Parker absolutly adored "Samantha" (he doesn't like it when I call her Sammy). We'll have to get together again soon!
I so miss Makutu's island... looks fun!
