Performing the "Pirate" puppet show...I have no idea what the song is but they have the kids learn puppet shows to learn different classical music pieces...so cute!

On Saturday Samantha had her "Let's Play Music" recital. She is in her 2nd year of this program and LOVES it! She loves to practice her piano and learn new songs! I am so not musical so I have been learning right along with her (poor Ms. Julie has to hear all my questions)! It is such a great program and I am signing Ben up next year to start so I can help him and I will have to hire out some help for Samantha because I am scared of our homework next year (anyone who has done "Lets Play Music" knows that it requires a lot of parent involvement...so I really mean "our" homework)!

Anyway, I wasn't going to miss this recital even though I had no idea what to wear and who was going to watch Lucy..but on Thursday Sammy was in the school Talent Show and I MISSED IT!! I feel so terrible about it and I need some pictures if anyone was there and has some!
Samantha is born to perform...she has NO FEAR! And she did so great in her music recital. Benson and I were cracking up at all her facial expressions and her HUGE smile the whole time she sang!
