Nate's 5th Birthday!

How could it be? Nate is already FIVE?!? I am so sad because really 4 is my very favorite age!! I love 4 years olds!! Five is good too, of course, and really I love all my kids no matter what the age...but really nothing beats 4! Anyway, sorry about that rant! Nate turned FIVE on Sunday! He was lucky to have a weekend long celebration!! Nate's party friends!

All Nate wanted to do for his Birthday was go to the "Movie Featers" with some of his friends...so off we went to see "MegaMind"

After the movie..

When we were walking to the car I turned around and Nate and his buddy Blake were holding hands...how cute is that?!?!

Sunday morning (his ACTUAL Birthday) Benson made pancakes...the Bashford tradition is a "bunny rabbit pancake" but Nate really wanted Mickey Mouse this year

Then he got his present from us...a BIG bike! He was so excited to get this bike!

Then Sunday night we had his Grandparents over and he got MORE presents!!

And we had some yummy pie!

And finished the night with Nate going through the "spanking machine"...another Birthday tradition at our house :)
