One of my VERY FAVORITE traditions...for obvious reasons...is ice cream for dinner!! One night every summer we just throw all the rules out the window and PIG OUT for dinner! I took my kids to the store while we were at the cabin...let them each pick a topping and didn't give them any rules...they could eat as much as they wanted!! It is SO MUCH FUN and nice to have a break myself (although I did eat a real dinner...its nice to not have to FORCE my kids to eat dinner)!
