Christmas Festivities....

On the Eve of Christmas Eve we made a surprise dinner for dad...decorated the house, made name tags, and yummy food...the kids were so excited to surprise him...too bad he was like an hour late and the food was cold when he got home...oh well, it was still fun!

After dinner we got in our jammies and watched Home Alone in our sleeping bags! The kids LOVE to sleep under the Christmas tree!! And I am happy we all made it the whole night under the tree (except Lucy who was sleeping snug in her crib)...
Okay, its one of my favorite memories from growing up too... but after sleeping all night on the floor..I felt very OLD!

The next day (Christmas Eve) we made snowflakes out of coffee filters (which I personally think is GENIUS)!

And made sugar cookies for Santa..

Then we went to the Jones Christmas Party...I seemed to only take pictures of different people holding Lucy...

And Nate playing with the tractor...he had so much fun playing in the sand...He was SOOO dirty after!!

After the party we came home to get ready for Santa...I took TONS of pictures and the kids were so excited! We decorated cookies, got new jammies, and fed the reindeer their food! I somehow dropped my camera bringing everything in and all my pictures were DELETED...even from Christmas morning...I am so, so, so sad about it!!

So...I guess for memories sake...Santa brought Samantha...the Samantha books and a Jasmine polly pocket; Ben a Spy Kit, Nate some monster truck legos, and Lucy a glow worm...they also got DS's and some games to go with it! Luckily, we did record some on the video camera...but all the pictures were ERASED...gone!
