HUMILIATING!

A couple days ago I get a call from my friend and after chatting for a minute we had the following conversation...
Jenn: Why didn't you go to the preschool Christmas party?
Me: Umm (thinking back) I can't remember anymore...I think I had a hair appointment
Jenn: Well, you probably should have come (as she stifles a little laugh)
Me: OH GREAT! Why?
Jenn: It's really not that big of a deal it's just that Ben told his whole bus that you sleep naked and than somehow that has now gotten back to the whole class and people have told their parents that "Ben's mom is naughty and sleeps naked!"
Me: WHAT!!??!! Ben told his class WHAT? (I am totally humiliated)
Jenn: It's no big deal...it was just really funny!
Me: Funny for who? Not me! On second thought...maybe I am glad I wasn't there and for the record...I DON'T SLEEP NAKED!


Then on New Years Eve I took Nate to rent a movie from the RedBox at Walgreens...we go and rent our movie and Nate notices the clearanced Christmas decor and is INSISTING on bringing a motorcycle riding Santa home with us. I tell him no that its the stores...he persists and it quickly turns to a small battle. I notice how busy Walgreens seems to be and everyone seems to be watching me with my unruly 3 year old...man, where did all these people come from. I am calm and tell Nate..."Nate stop being a stink bug...let's go"
It was the word "stink" I shouldn't have used...he YELLS on the top of his lungs for what seems like the whole store to hear...
"NO MOM, YOU POOPED YOUR PANTS"

What??? NO, I didn't...where did that even come from?

I threw the Santa down picked him up and walked out of the store...
HUMILIATING!
